Walking Tips
Q. What do you do when you get a blister on your foot
A.Wash the blister in water to soften the skin then get a thin needle thread some cotton, about three inches in length, through the eye of the needle. Now push the needle with the cotton
in-tow through the blister from one side to the other side. Cut the thread from the needle. Leave the thread in place through the blister. Cover the blister with a sticking plaster --- What this does
is wicks the fluid away from the blister and helps it dry out much quicker and stops it filling up with more fluid. I have used this method hundreds of times on clients and guests. It works.
