- Upon receiving a booking we will telephone you and ask for debit/credit card details. A confirmation e-mail or a postal letter will then be sent.
- A booking made less than six weeks before the intended date of arrival the whole holiday cost is payable at the time of booking.
- Where a booking is made six weeks or more before the intended date of arrival a deposit of 20% of total amount is payable
- In the deposit cases. The balance of the holiday cost will be deducted from the card six weeks before date of arrival, unless you notify us differently.
- If you cancel we will levy a cancellation charge at the following percentage of the total holiday cost, depending on notice given.
- More than 42 days.............20% (deposit only)
- 42-22 days........................30%
- 21-15 days........................50%
- 14 - 4 days........................70%
- 72 hours or less................100%
- No booking will be accepted from a person under 18 years of age
- The named person booking warrants that he or she has the authority of all persons named on the booking to contract the booking on their behalf.
- The prices quoted are valid up to the date stated on the price page. New prices may be applied after that date.
- We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your baggage while in transit, or for illness or injury when on holiday. We also cannot accept responsibility for any loss or
damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
By entering into a contract with us means that you accept these booking conditions.
